Our story
A family business, one car at a time.
The Zappitelli family started Zappy’s in 2007 with one car wash in Mentor. Detailing grew out of that: the same family, the same attention to the finish, now in its own shops.
Our detailers work by hand and detail thousands of vehicles a year. Every job ends with a walk-around before you get the keys, and the prices, hours and booking on this site come straight from our booking system, so the price you see is the price you book.

The crew
The people who do the work.
Detailing is hands-on work, and these are the hands. A few of the people behind every detail, in our bays and in your driveway.
What we do
Four services, one standard.
01
Auto detailing
Full interior, full exterior and the Supreme, done by hand at our shops or in your driveway.
03

How we work
Slow where it matters, honest everywhere.
Published prices
The price on this site is the price at checkout. Anything that adds time is flagged before we start.
Your car, documented
We walk the car with you and note its condition before we start, and again at handback.

Questions after your appointment go to a number a person answers, not a form.
