How long does a detail take?

It depends on the package and the size of the vehicle. The time listed on each service above is the slot you book, and it is the time the work takes. If your appointment is running past its window, call us and we will check with the shop.

What is the Supreme?

The Supreme is the full interior and the full exterior in one appointment: shampooed fabric, conditioned leather, clean glass inside and out, a decontamination wash, clay bar, dressed wheels and a hydrophobic sealant.

Can the price change after I book?

Sometimes, and you should know before you book. Heavy pet hair or an unusually dirty vehicle can add a charge because it takes more time to do right. Your detailer flags any added cost before the work starts.

Can I book the same day?

You can book online any time. For same-day or next-day openings, call us and we will tell you what is available.

Do you come to me?

Yes. Our mobile crew serves Lake & Geauga County

What if I am not happy with the result?

Look the car over with your detailer before you leave and tell us right then. If something shows up later, call within seven days and we will set up a re-do. The details are in our refund policy.
